Below are listed details of the outside bodies to which Fylde Borough Councillors are appointed as representatives.
Outside Bodies is the collective term for organisations that the Council works with in partnership. These partnerships maybe as a way of delivering a service, advocating on behalf of a particular group, as a trustee, or as a way of ensuring that the interests of Fylde residents are represented a regional or national level.
Councillors serving on Outside Bodies have to act in accordance with the Council's Outside Bodies Protocol, which forms part of the Council's Constitution. They are required to report biannually to the relevant programme committee of any key issues affecting Fylde Borough.
